Raptor Sentinel Aerial Reconnaissance provides no-cost aerial reconnaissance services to federal, tribal, state, county and municipal governments as well as educational and other non-profit institutions.  We can furnish transportation for your staff, an aerial platform for your observer or furnish an observer from our own roster.
